The flat has a relaxed and very quiet atmosphere and would suit a professional, commuter, contractor, or someone looking for a comfortable short-term stay.

I recently moved into the flat in May 2026, and the entire property has been newly painted and refreshed. Most furniture and household items are brand new. The flat also includes resident parking and visitor parking.

Short stays of at least 2 months are welcome.
