Bright furnished room available in a clean, modern two-bedroom flat in Chelmsford (CM2 area), available from 19 August 2026.

I’m a professional artist and animator looking for a clean, respectful and easygoing lodger. I would especially welcome someone interested in art, literature or creative fields.

The flat has two bedrooms: one larger double bedroom and one smaller single bedroom. I will live in one room and rent out the other, and I am completely flexible about which room I use.

You can choose:

• Smaller single bedroom — £450 pcm, including bills
Deposit: £300

• Larger double bedroom — £650 pcm, including bills
Deposit: £450

If you prefer the double room, I am happy to live in the smaller room. If you prefer the single room, I can stay in the larger room.

The flat also has a large, bright and sunny living room which we can both use. It has a TV, Netflix, Xbox and a comfortable shared living space, so there is plenty of room to relax outside the bedrooms.
