I have a lovely fully furnished large double room available to rent. Looking for a clean, tidy professional person who is fully employed and works out of home (goes to an office most days.)
The bedroom is situated directly opposite the bathroom which has a large shower and a separate bath.
I have two friendly male house cats so you must be kind, and very comfortable around animals.
There is loads of storage space in the bedroom plus a smart tv. Plenty of electricity points and an extension with multiple sockets and very good lighting. The view from the bedroom atm is of a lovely leafy tree. All bills are included and the room comes with a cooling fan, an iron and ironing board. There is a blind and curtains and the area is very quiet at night.
I am very respectful and will ensure you feel comfortable and give you your own space. The rental agreement is to use the bedroom as your own space to relax, chill, watch tv and sleep. The lounge area in the flat is for my use only, but the kitchen is available to you to cook/heat up food etc and you are welcome to eat at the Island. There is also a. balcony with seating and a table.
I will provide some shelf space in the fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboards for your food. And space in the bathroom cabinets for your toiletries.
The location of the flat itself is fantastic. A 15 minute walk to Chelmsford train/bus station. 5 minutes walk to a large Tescos. 2 minutes walk to dentist/doctors surgery. 15 min walk into town. 10 minutes walk to Central Park. There is also a retail park 10 minutes walk away with an M&S and other retailers. Bus stops are positioned 1 minute walk from my front door.
I am not desperate to find a lodger quickly; this is more about finding the right person so please don't be offended if I don't reply to all messages. Whoever lives in my flat with myself and my cats needs to be the right fit. Please message me and tell me something about yourself, who you are, what you do for work etc so I get a picture of who you are. We can then look to arranging a viewing.
