Beautiful Area - Double Room to let Chelmsford

A bright and comfortable double room for single occupancy is available in my home in the lovely Chancellor Park / Chancellor Village area of Chelmsford. I’m a female working professional and live at the property, although I’m not always around. I’m looking for another working female professional who is clean, respectful and will treat the house as her home.

The room is a good-sized double and comes with use of a shared bathroom. All household bills are included, making the monthly costs simple and straightforward.

Chancellor Park is a beautiful, peaceful residential area with a fantastic community feel. One of the best things about living here is how much you have within walking distance. There are supermarkets, doctors, dentist, opticians, restaurants, pubs and a church nearby, so for everyday essentials there is very little need to travel into Chelmsford city centre.

Transport links are also excellent. The bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the house, with regular services into Chelmsford and connections towards Witham and Colchester. Chelmsford city centre can be reached quickly, and there are convenient rail connections nearby for commuting further afield.

Despite being so well connected, the area itself is wonderfully quiet. Tennis courts and a football pitch are only a few minutes away, and there are horses nearby along with beautiful countryside walks. Within around a 15-minute walk you can enjoy lakes, fishing and waterside activities, making it a lovely place to come home to after work.
