I’m looking for an easy-going female flatmate to share my fully renovated 2-bedroom flat in central Chelmsford.
The room is furnished and will include a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat has a shared lounge/dining area with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. A weekly clean of the communal areas & monthly window cleaning is included
The flat is in a great location, around a 15 minute walk to Chelmsford station, with Bond Street, Tesco, shops and cafés all within a couple of minutes walk.
The flat is a vegetarian/vegan household, so I’m looking for someone who’s happy to keep the home meat and fish-free.
Ideally looking for someone for around 6 months or longer, although I’m open to shorter stays.
