Homeowner couple looking for a lodger.

1 Bedroom available in a 3-bedroom house.

We are looking for a lodger who is first and foremost clean and tidy. We have a no-shoes-in-the-house policy, and we use sliders/slippers for downstairs, with separate pairs for upstairs (This is a deal-breaker for us). We are open to fellow professionals or students.

The house is situated at the Widford end of Chelmsford, close to Hylands Park and with easy driving access to the A12.
Public transport networks into Chelmsford Town and Brentwood/Shenfield are accessible (and then onto surrounding areas).
Off-street parking without restriction is available.

The room presently has some furniture - this can be retained or taken out at your preference. A Double bed is to be purchased.

All communal areas are shown in the pictures below, with access to the garden area and back gate.

We are a professional couple and we work shift patterns which include days and nights. We are easy going but out a fair amount because of work - when we are home we'll often be cooking for the week ahead or relaxing - we rarely have guests.
