Parking available as well as bus stop at front door to Chelmsford City Centre which takes 10 minutes. Short 5 to 10 minute walk to local shops and lovely river side nature walk which is also a 8 minute cycle route straight into the heart of Chelmsford town centre and passes the retail outlet and Anglia Ruskin University.

There is Internet and smart TV in the room as well as you having access to home including kitchen, garden etc. All utility bills and council tax are included.

You will be sharing the home with fun, respectful, clean and easy going house mates and we are looking for the same.
