Victorian semi - just minutes walk into town centre (to main shopping areas and bars and night clubs). Located in a nice residential area know as Old Moulsham. Great easy access to public transport 12mins walk to train station (or just one stop on the bus whicn is very close to house).
Currently there are 2 females 1 male in the house (all professionals), and we are searching for a new tenant.
Looking for someone who enjoys life and is fun to live with :) and who likes to live in a clean and tidy house.
Easy going and friendly personality.
I only rent to people who I think will be a good match for the other tenants. Prostenabts must be in a professional job.
The monthly rent includes council tax and water, TV licence and fast wireless internet.
The house has been recently renovated and had new carpets throughout.
The accommodation of a very high standard and you will struggle to find better anywhere in Chelmsford.
All other bills are shared. I organise than gas and elec and ask each tenant to pay their share (divided equally between the 4 tenants). This works out at approx £15 pm in summer, £25 pm in winter (actual amounts are dependent on use in that period).
It's a really nice location in a lovely residential location.
The room is tastefully furnished.
No DSS. No pets. No sharing - room is single occupancy only.
