I have a lovely double bedroom for rent in a spacious 3 bedroom terraced house in Chigwell,. The property is situated within a 5 minute walk of the Central Line Station - Grange Hill & just 12 minutes walk from Hainault Station making it the perfect location for that quick commute into London every day.
The room is beautifully decorated and has a large double built in wardrobe containing a large IKEA Hemnes Chest of drawers, further storage is available under the gas lift Ottoman bed. Bed Linen is provided for your convenience. The house consists of a medium sized kitchen, spacious living room / dining area a downstairs loo and a small utility room to the rear of the property Containing a washing machine & tumble drier for your use. This room faces the small paved garden area. To the upstairs of the property there are 2 double and 1 single bedrooms, a family bathroom and a large linen cupboard on the landing. The larger double bedroom is occupied by myself. I have occupied the property on my own for the last year or so, since my wife & son moved to Spain. I work full time and leave the house quite early and return early evening most days...I’m friendly and sociable and easy to get on with. I do spend some weekends away from home when I visit my family in Spain. The house is very quiet now and the right lodger will hopefully bring some nice energy to the property!! The house has Wifi Broadband & Sky TV in the living room, all bills and the use of all the facilities and rooms in the property is included in the price!! I will consider couples & the rent for a couple will be £600 PCM. The house is clean, bright & tidy & would make an ideal home for a young professional or student wishing to be based close to Public transport, there are regular Bus services available at the top of the street, local shops including TESCO & NISA, there are a wide variety of Takeaway food places...and most amenities are close by!
I am a smoker but I do not smoke inside the house...smokers are welcome to view, but, need to respect the no smoking in the house policy!!
