There is one room available in an annex located 12 minutes from Grange Hill station central line station and local shops, surrounded by countryside.

It has a generous en suite, with a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dryer, fridge, and oven), and a large double bedroom.

Parking is available and the tenant will have access to the large garden to the rear. The room is furnished with a double bed, with in-built wardrobes, and space for the tenant's own furniture, if desired.

All bills are included in the monthly rate and the room is available for an initial term of 6 months with opportunity to extend.
