I am looking for professional employed single people to share my house. Female preference due to positive past experiences with female lodgers.

THE RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS, GAS & ELECTRIC, WATER, COUNCIL TAX, BROADBAND BUT EXCLUDES FOOD

I am seeking professionals in full time employment, and student Nurses, Junior Doctors, and other students that can fund themselves to rent our luxury property with.

Property is situated about 10-15 mins from the mainline train station on a bus journey and roughly 25 mins walk

It comes in a very highly decorative condition and would expect you treat it that way.
CCTV will be in operation for yours and our protection.

The rules:
Shoes to be removed at the front door please.
We do not allow sleepovers and/or guests in your room as this is my house where i live and want my privacy respected.

I have a cleaner that will be in once a week so access to your room is a must.
Both rooms have a double bed . Both rooms have locks on the doors.

BEDROOM 1
THIS ROOM HAS A KINGSIZE BED AND 50” TV
Payments are as follows
Rental for Room £150.00 per week
First weeks rent plus £300.00 in Advance (as small deposit)
So the cost to move in to this room is £450.00

BEDROOM 2
Payments are as follows
Rental for Room £150.00 per week
First weeks rent plus £300.00 in Advance (as small deposit) please note this room is smaller than Room 1
The cost to move in to this room is £450.00
