We are looking for professional employed single people to share our house. Female preference due to positive past experiences with female lodgers as approved by the Room To Rent agency

THE RENT INCLUDES ALL BILLS, GAS & ELECTRIC, WATER, COUNCIL TAX, BROADBAND BUT EXCLUDES FOOD

We are seeking professionals in full time employment, and student Nurses, Junior Doctors, and other students that can fund themselves to rent our luxury property with.

Property is situated about 10-15 mins from the mainline train station on a bus journey and roughly 25 mins walk

It comes in a very highly decorative condition and would expect you treat it that way.
CCTV will be in operation for yours and our protection.

The rules:
Shoes to be removed at the front door please.
We do not allow sleepovers and/or guests in your room as this is our house where we live and want our privacy respected. If there’s any aggression or violence or any disturbances of any kind your contract will be terminated with immediate effect

We have a cleaner that will be in once every 2 weeks so access to your room is a must.
Both rooms have a double bed . Both rooms have locks on the doors.

BEDROOM 1
THIS ROOM HAS A KINGSIZE BED AND 50” TV
Payments are as follows
Rental for Room £175.00 per week
First weeks rent plus £350.00 in Advance (as small deposit)
So the cost to move in to this room is £525.00

BEDROOM 2
Payments are as follows
Rental for Room £150.00 per week
First weeks rent plus £300.00 in Advance (as small deposit) please note this room is smaller than Room 1
The cost to move in to this room is £450.00
