Lovely spacious double room to let in Clacton

This is a large house and we are looking for a single person to look after the house as we both live in London and visit occasionally.
There is one other person living in the house and we visit occasionally and have bedrooms upstairs. It is very important that we find someone who is very clean and tidy. The person living here currently is very clean and therefore it would not work out if you are someone who is messy.

The house has mostly wooden flooring and carpets on the stairs. Council Tax, water, electric, gas and internet all included in rent. Combi boiler providing central heating and hot water.
And also a washing machine and large fridge built in cooker and oven. Lovely black granite worktop recently fitted in kitchen and a large 6 seater dining table.
This house was purchased as a holiday house, and is only used by owners on occasional weekends and school holidays. We have one person living there, so apart from occasional visits from the owners the other rooms would be empty a majority of the time.
We would like to let the rooms out to students or professionals. And it is essential that they keep communal areas clean and tidy.

It is a spacious double room on the ground floor and comes part furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rail with shelves (photo is old and currently has different furniture) - this room is £150 per week including all bills.
Our most important thing is to find someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of their surroundings, can clean up behind themselves and look after the house when we are not there.
The house has a very large kitchen which has double doors that lead out into a large sunny garden. There is a toilet downstairs and a bathroom and a separate shower room on the first floor.

We are willing to consider some pets (to be discussed prior to moving in - but no dogs or cats).
Clacton pier is less than 5 min walk away and the beach is at the top of our road.
Easy access and walking distance to beach, shops, train station etc…
