Very modern and clean. We renovated this property in August 2025, so everything is pretty much brand new. Please do not contact us if you cannot promise you are a clean/tidy/respectful person. It’s more like a family home. Everyone works and no parties etc allowed.
ID and deposit are both required before moving in. Viewings suggested as the room is smaller than a ‘normal’ double but still comfortable and homely and it’s also top floor so please bear that in mind.
