Double Room available in 2 bedroom house shared with live in landlord. Room is furnished with double bed, dressing table and built in wardrobe. Rest of house is shared with myself including shower room, living room, dining room, kitchen and garden.
Off street parking available, less than 10 minutes drive to Kelvedon train station which gets to London Liverpool Street in 50 minutes.
Friendly dog in the house, must be happy being alone with the dog if I am at work.
Short term lets preferred as house is currently listed for sale.
All bills included, no WiFi but house gets strong 5G phone signal which I use for watching movies.
