I’m Khalid and I’m hoping to rent out my spare rooms.

The property has been renovated recently and all rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws and a chair if requested.

Council tax, broadband, gas, electric, water and all other bills are included in the price, the wifi is very quick and equipped to have several people working from home.

I have a small garden that is nice in the peak of summer and it has artificial grass so no need to take turns on the mower!

The ideal criteria is people who are are positive, friendly, clean and respectful of the house and the neighbours.

Open to a family, but will need to discuss in detail how it would work.
