This house is 2 minutes walk from the Prettygate shops and the bus stop. It is a lovely property with an attractive garden. The large conservatory, kitchen, bathroom and garden are shared spaces. There is one parking space available for tenants to use. I am a piano teacher, and work mostly from home. I have two cats, so the tenant must love cats! There are rail links from town, which is about 2 miles away, and the journey to London by train takes 50 minutes. Non smokers only please.
