About the House.

The House is a recently modernised 3 bedroom terraced house located just off ipswich road in colchester. The sitting room is cosy and the TV has basically all the streaming services you could ask for. The kitchen is modern and includes a washing machine, dish washer and tumble dryer. At the front of the house there is off road parking. To the rear there is a large garden with a locked storage space for a bike or similar (With power for charging). The garden is currently a work in progress but is on track to be a great space in the summer. In the Room there is a small double bed, large chest of draws and a hanging rail. All bills are included (including internet) in the cost of the room. We also have a bi weekly cleaner included

About me

I own the house which give me lots of flexibility to make improvements to it so there’s constantly a new project on the go. I am a very relaxed and reasonable person so have no problem with having guests or extra people over, in fact i’m much more of the mind set the more the merrier. You would also be sharing the house with my friend Charlie we are both professionals in the first half of our twenties, we are sociable and often cook or go to the gym together and were ideally looking for someone who want to be a part of it all too. I am happy to consider pets, and in fact a dog may be a bonus for me. If you have any questions then please contact me.
