• Fully furnished single bedroom
• Single occupancy only

Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £360/month
• Council Tax: ~£47/month
• WiFi: £10/month
• Electricity: ~£60/month (varies depending on usage)

Parking:
• Secure underground parking is available through the building management for an additional £15/month.

About the Flat:
You'll be sharing with two friendly, full-time working professionals. We're all respectful of each other's space, keep the flat clean and tidy, and enjoy a peaceful home. We chat from time to time and are always happy for the occasional catch-up, but everyone also has their own lives.

It's a much quieter and more relaxed atmosphere than a large house share.

Who We're Looking For:
We're ideally looking for someone who is:
• A working professional (mature postgraduates will also be considered)
• Clean, tidy and respectful
• Easy-going and considerate of others
• Looking for a place to call home, not just somewhere to sleep

Ideally we'd prefer a female professional, as the bathroom is shared with our current female flatmate, and we'd like to keep the living arrangement comfortable for everyone.
