A spacious front-facing double bedroom is available in a modern, well-presented home just off Bromley Road, within easy walking distance of the University and Hythe train station.
The room features a built-in (non-intrusive) wardrobe, wooden flooring, and is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. The house has two toilets, one bathroom, and a lovely garden to enjoy during the warmer months.
This is not an HMO or a house where everyone keeps to themselves. It's a relaxed, friendly home with a welcoming atmosphere. My current housemate and I get on really well—we'll often unwind together in the evening, watch TV, or spend time in the garden. I'd love to find someone who enjoys that kind of environment and is happy to be part of the household, rather than simply renting a room and staying behind a closed door.
