Rent Details:

· Rent due 1 August 2025

· £5,814 total for 51 weeks (approximately £114 per week)

· All bills included (electricity, water, internet)

· Payable in three instalments with a UK-based guarantor

· Otherwise, full rent must be paid up front

· £100 admin fee to transfer tenancy (paid to the accommodation provider)
