Spacious 4-bedroom home with access to all shared areas, except for one upper-floor room.

Ideally located in central Colchester:

- 28-minutes to the University of Essex by public transport
- 20-minute walk / 5-minute bus ride to Colchester North Station
- 15-minute walk to Colchester Town Station
- 4-minute walk to the High Street
- 1-minute walk to Hilly Fields Nature Reserve

About us:

We are two easy-going international professionals (British/French and Polish) who work remotely in London, so the house is sometimes quieter during the week and you may have it to yourself on some days.

This is our home, and we want it to feel comfortable, spacious and welcoming for the right person.

We also have two gentle, quiet dogs — a dachshund and a whippet — who stay with us occasionally for a couple of weeks at a time. This is infrequent, but any lodger must be comfortable with dogs.

Who we’re looking for

A quiet, tidy professional or student looking for a Monday-to-Friday base only.

Rent: £600 per calendar month, bills included
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
