I’m moving out so need someone to take over my room. One other housemate is also planning to move out on 1st June, so from then you’ll share with 3 girls in their 20s — all students and professionals, friendly + respectful.

The room: Small furnished single with bed, wardrobe, desk. Available 1st June.

The house: 5-bed house in Greenstead, Colchester CO4 3UJ.
- 1 bathroom + toilet upstairs, 1 shower + separate toilet downstairs
- Large shared kitchen with all appliances, washing machine + dryer
- Living room with TV, garden
- 2 min walk to bus stop, 5 min to Hythe Tesco, 15 min walk to Uni of Essex

Parking: No off-street parking — driveway is full. On-street parking only, may need resident permit. Best for non-drivers.

Costs: £285 PCM. Bills NOT included — water, electric, gas, wifi & council tax shared between 5 people, usually ~£80-100 PCM extra each. Deposit £285.

New tenant signs agreement directly with landlord. I’m an outgoing tenant so I can show you the room, but contract/referencing handled by landlord.

We’re generally quiet but cleaning rota can slip during exams. Looking for someone clean, tidy, and reliable with bills.
