A bright, freshly decorated double room is available in my welcoming home, just a 10–15 minute walk from Colchester town centre and the train station.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe. You'll also have access to a spacious living room, a large kitchen/diner, shared bathroom and a lovely garden complete with a built-in hot tub to enjoy.

I'm a friendly, easy-going professional working as a Project Manager. I enjoy a peaceful, tidy home and am looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and happy living in a relaxed environment. I'm sociable and always happy for a chat, but I also appreciate everyone's own space and privacy.
I also share my home with my lovely, friendly dog, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs (most people who meet her fall in love with her!).
