Room close to Colchester Town and Hythe

A room just 10 minutes away from town and hythe station, ideal for both students and commuting into London. It currently has a double bed in, plenty of storage and the option for a desk if that is needed.

There is also suitable storage in both the loft and shed in the back garden. Plenty of local shops for takeaway and essentials. The garden is currently being re-developed but already has a path and patio area with fire pits and seating surrounded by plants that are just coming into bloom.

The ideal tenant would be clean and considerate to others within the property. You are welcome to have friends over to enjoy the garden as long as you give us a day or twos notice.

The TV will not be kept as we do not have a tv license for the property. Neither of the current occupants watch live TV, if you would like to purchase a license you are welcome to do so.

Bills come to between £90-£120 a month, if you'd rather have them included in the total monthly price this can be negotiated.
