Double room in Mascot Square close to university

Hi there!
We are a group of friends looking for one more person to rent a house together. There used to be four people but one dropped out. We’ve already found a house and paid a holding fee. We’re in love with this place, it’s light and spacious, with a garage and a beautiful garden.
Two of us are film students and one has just graduated. We are into arts and really easy going and fun. We would appreciate it if you hang out with us (bbqs, films etc), but if you’re rather an introvert type person that’s ok too, we’re not pushy:)
We are looking for someone who is both responsible and chill. Any gender and sexuality is welcome!
We’re planning to move in in early October when the contract starts and hope to stay there for at least a year :) The rent price is £1975 which makes it roughly £500 a person excluding utilities. The first payment would be £1000 which consists of first month rent and deposit.
The photos attached are from the agency website but believe me the house is even better in real life! I unfortunately didn’t take any pictures when we had viewings.
