I’m a gentle, divorced man living with my children in a comfortable 2-bedroom flat in Colchester highwoods area. I’m a down-to-earth, calm, polite and peaceful person. I’m a non-smoker and non-drinker, and I value a clean, respectful and positive home environment.

I’m looking for a female flatmate to occupy the second bedroom. As I live with my children, I feel more comfortable sharing the home with a female, particularly from a safety and family-environment perspective.

At the same time, I’d genuinely like to have a good friend and companion around the home rather than simply having someone who rents a room. Sharing the rent and household bills would also help both of us financially and make the arrangement more affordable.

I’m open-minded and would love to find someone who enjoys good conversation, cooking/eating together, going out, travelling, exploring new places and having fun together. I’m happy for a friendship to develop naturally, and if there is mutual chemistry and both people are comfortable, I’m open to seeing where that may lead — with no pressure or expectation.
