Double & Single Rooms

We have two rooms available in a friendly and comfortable 3-bedroom flat.

My partner and I live in the en-suite bedroom, so we have our own private bathroom.

🏠 Rooms available:

Double room – £400/month
A spacious double room. If both rooms are occupied, the double-room tenant will share the main bathroom with the person staying in the single room.

Single room – £300/month
A comfortable single room with access to the shared main bathroom.

We’re looking for clean, respectful and friendly flatmates who are easy to live with and will treat the flat as their home.

Alternative option: If someone would prefer more privacy, the double room can be rented for £600/month, and we would not rent out the single room. You would then have the main bathroom entirely to yourself, and there would only be three of us living in the flat.
