Room in Colchester Bed & Wardrobe Provided

Just recently moved into this lovely detached maisonette in a quiet estate in Colchester. The neighbour has a garage downstairs otherwise no one else is attached to the property and we have it all to ourself. It’s very quiet. The property still needs a few bits of decorating doing which will be done before move in date. I haven’t got a bed or wardrobe yet for your room as I’d like for you to be happy with it before purchasing.

I am a roadworker and I work a lot aswell as irregular shift patterns. Sometimes I’m hardly home all week and visit family very often on weekends.

I like to cook healthy meals when I have the rare spare time. I have an Amazon fire stick with all the sports you could watch aswell as a PS5. I’ll be taking a few days off when GTA 6 comes out lol. Please note the DJ decks haven’t been turned on in over a year is more up for decoration if anything they won’t be used often. I’m quiet and not a partygoer. If I am it isn’t in my house so please don’t worry in that regards.

The property also comes with a garage and very small garden to hang the washing up or an occasional BBQ. All the kitchen amenities are provided such as a fridge freezer, air fryer, hob/oven & dishwasher/washing machine.
