Double Room in Colchester Town

My lodger of nearly two years is moving back home soon so I am looking to find someone to replace her.

It’s a furnished double bedroom near Castle Park. The house is a 15 minute walk from the train station and a two minute walk to buses taking you to the hospital or Essex university.

I work three days a week in London and have a very sweet Dalmatian called Peggy. She is *not* allowed upstairs and knows this. She is also best friends with my current lodger, so I’m hoping to find someone who loves dogs.

To be clear, I am not interested in anyone with pets themselves. I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and friendly, who is either a student or employed full time.
