The house is a licenced HMO compliant with current legislation. Each room is lockable with own key.

Easy access to town centre and university. Convenience stores and takeaways nearby.

The accommodation is split over three floors. Ground floor is a large open plan common area with a modern kitchen and the five bedrooms are spread over the upper two floors. The three rooms on the top floor share the bathroom, also on that level.
