Situated in a nice area of Colchester with easy access to A12 NORTH AND SOUTH and great bus coverage both into town, 10 mins and a direct bus to Colchester's train station bus stop 30 seconds away.

I have a single bedroom in a 3 bedroom house available with ultra Broadband, WiFi, tv socket. Use of kitchen diner and garden. The bathroom features an electric shower. On street parking on a very empty road and a 60' garden with decking and patio areas

The bedroom features a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, tv aerial and Sky Aerial lead you will just need to supply a box. There is a television if required . Newly decorated.

Sharing the house with me and a friend. I am full time employed and work from home and enjoy restaurants, going to the local pub as well as entertaining at home. Am looking for a quiet, tidy person with a full time job, sorry but the house is not suitable for students, night shift or home workers I'm afraid.

I work hard and enjoy quiet life at home but do love evenings and weekends out.

The house features a 60' garden, large raised decking area and separate patio with BBQ. The kitchen diner leads to an extension that's accesses the raised decking with steps down to the garden so there is enough space for people to be in the house have their own space.
