It is quite rare that we have rooms become available in our smart houseshare in North Colchester, close to the business park, Northern Gateway and the A12.

One room is about to become available...

£610pcm - Second floor Double room (room 5 in photos) is available from the beginning of November. It has a double bed with plenty of storage space underneath, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, chair, wardrobe and mirror.

The beds are very comfortable, with a great quality semi-orthopaedic mattress.

All bills (including electricity, gas +water) included:

Sky Fibre wireless internet with boosters throughout the house - all included in the price

ALL bills included; a bi-weekly cleaner for communal areas, council tax, electricity, gas, water and WiFi (fibre)

Washing machine / dishwasher provided – both of course are free to use.

The house:

The house is a fantastic, recently refurbished 3-storey townhouse just off Mill Road; a 5 minute walk to the business park and Northern Gateway and 20 minute walk to hospital (with very good bus routes). It is a stones throw from the A12 junction at the football stadium / Northern Gateway.

Shared family bathroom - second floor - electric power shower over bath, share of bathroom cabinet for each non en-suite room

The kitchen/diner area is a good size and has dining table and sofa

Dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all cutlery/crockery provided

Outside space:

Garden – a nice private garden with patio and decking

Parking – the house carport, which provides off street parking for two of the housemates vehicles. Parking is available on street free of charge

The carport provides undercover shelter and locks for bikes
