There is a communal sitting/dining room with tv supplied by the landlord and a large kitchen. Within this area is plenty of designated cupboard space, fridge & freezer with space specific to each tenant, 2 cookers with ovens, 2 sink/drainers, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The location of the property is incredibly convenient being only a 10 min walk from the town centre. There is quick and easy access to the University with the bus ride being only 10 mins and the walk to the bus stop 2 mins.
The current housemates are all professionals and all participate in keeping the house clean and tidy so a happy, peaceful environment is maintained. This is a friendly, non party house.
