The room has been freshly painted with a new bed and mattress, the French doors will be replaced with a single door plus window (mattress will be delivered and door replaced by 17th March).
This room is 3m x 3m in size - it's small(ish) but got everything you could need.
Shares the bathroom with 1 other person.

If you are looking for a short let only - we won't be able to accommodate you.
THE LOCATION*
Ideal for access to the Hospital - just a 10 min walk. There's an Asda, gym and the train station 5 minutes walk away, or even the Town Centre is just a 15 minute walk or a short bus journey.
The area is safe and quiet.
THE HOUSE*
is fully furnished with flatscreen TV in the lounge/diner, the kitchen has all cooking equipment, ample cupboard space, two fridge/freezers, washing machine and microwave and there is a lovely garden.
All rooms have fire doors and individual locks for your safety and security, and commercial grade fire alarm systems operate throughout the house.
There are two allocated spaces behind the house, as well as unrestricted on street parking.

We are a family business - all of the houses are owned and managed by ourselves - so you get to deal direct with the landlord and our small, but super fabulous, team.
We have close to 15 years experience of renting rooms to professionals and take pride in what we do - we are accredited, legally qualified and fully licensed so you can be assured you are dealing with a reputable landlord.
FEES
There are NO tenant fees.
HOW TO SECURE A ROOM:
To reserve a room, you will be asked to first submit an offer.
We then have a quick look over your offer, and if all is looking good so far, we will ask you to pay a holding deposit to reserve the room.
The amount of the holding deposit is equal to one week's rent, which then goes towards your first month's rent payment if the application is approved.
The holding deposit secures the room in your name for a maximum of 15 days, in which time we will receive your references and complete all the legal stuff (contract signing etc).
Your actual contract start date can be between 5 and 28 days from submitting your offer, but may vary for each room, so do check with us..
The holding deposit also covers the cost of the loss should you fail to enter into the tenancy within the deadline.
