Our names are Andrew and Vicki, our home is in the tranquil setting of the Dedham Vale. The property is a four bedroomed semi detached house on the outskirts of Dedham village, 1 1/2 miles from both Ardleigh and Dedham high streets. Bus stop (81A route) 100 metres from property. Quick drive to A12 giving easy access to Colchester and Ipswich. Manningtree station five minutes away by car with direct routes to Harwich, Norwich, Chelmsford and London. Property has off road parking.

We offer a double room on the first floor which is tastefully decorated. The room is fully furnished with matching quality furniture, comprising of a double wardrobe with mirror, chest of draws and bedside cabinet. Double ottoman divan bed. Glass desk and chair. Small fridge, kettle and tea making facilities. The room also has 2 x double sockets with 3 usb chargers and wifi booster. Digital aerial and wall mounted 48in television with Freeview. The bedroom is protected with a heat detector. Wifi throughout the house.

Toilet on first floor. Ground floor walk-in cabinet shower with radio, Bluetooth and lights. Overhead, handheld shower-head and jets. Toilet off of shower room.

Use of kitchen, cutlery, crockery and food cupboard. Full electric cooker, microwave, Ninja 15 to 1 air fryer. Vicki loves her Ninja toys and experiments with ice creams and slushes.

Living/dining room with amazon fire tv and sky tv. External laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (small charge for dryer depending on weather conditions). Shared fridge/freezer in outbuilding. Large garden with patio area. Sheltered smoking area.

Patio area with smoking shelter, patio bar, large fire pit, family shelter and two rotary washing lines. The large garden has raised beds, fruit trees and vines. There is a self contained side garden with our Airbnb shepherds hut.

We share our home with two other lodgers (Shirley and Gary are both care workers) and our three dogs (Luma an Irish Setter, Scuff a Cocker Spaniel and Rune an English Setter). We also foster English Setters to help them find their forever home.

The property is protected with external CCTV and two more in the living room and kitchen. Smoke and heat detectors throughout the house.

Looking for full time workers or full time students. Initially a 3 months contract with 2 weeks notice by either party. Contact can be extended. Bills and council tax are included
