The studio room is a large furnished double in a superior detached house, located in Gt Dunmow.

Dunmow is close to Stansted airport with direct bus links. There is good access for M11, Bishops Stortford, Braintree and Chelmsford.

The studio has a vaulted ceiling, its own en suite and full kitchen with electric oven, a separate fridge and a separate freezer. The room comes furnished with added benefit of a table for two.

The studio has its own off street parking and a patio garden with a shed included.

All bills and broadband are included. There is use of a washing machine which is shared and is in the main house.

We are all working professionals, one of whom works from home.

The studio is for single occupancy only, a security deposit is required.
Pet considered at an extra £25 pcm.

You must be a working professional, non smoker who likes dogs. You must be in full time work, we do not take universal credit.
