A bright, comfortable and fully furnished double room is available now in a lovely, calm and friendly four-bedroom cottage in Epping.

The house is clean, quiet and well maintained, with a shared kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable living space and a large garden. All bills are included.

This is a relaxed and peaceful home , and we are looking for a tidy, respectful and easy-going female lodger. Professionals and students are very welcome.

We also have a lovely, friendly ginger cat, so someone who is cat-friendly would be ideal. 🐈

If you have a pet, a cat may also be considered, subject to discussion.

Couples can be considered, with an increased rent to reflect the additional household bills.
Due to location , need a car for commute.
