A lovely, light and airy large double bedroom available in a friendly family home, set within a peaceful, secure gated farm in Fryerning, Ingatestone.

The fully furnished room includes a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, comfortable sofa chair, TV, kettle, fridge and blackout curtains. The room also benefits from a private en\-suite bathroom with power shower, WC and sink.

The lodger will have use of the communal snug/lounge area and large kitchen/dining room, as well as ample secure parking within the gated farm.

We are a female-only household and are looking for a female lodger. We also have a family dog who is very friendly, quiet and well behaved.

Set in a beautiful rural location, this is a peaceful and comfortable home away from the hustle and bustle. A car is recommended due to the countryside location, although there is plenty of secure parking available.
