Spacious room for rent! (All bills inc)

Hey guys, I’m a live in landlord looking for a tenant. Advertising is a double room to let within my 3 bedroom home (all bills included). The room is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

Room must be kept clean, tidy! There will be a Grace trial period for a month if both parties are happy then a contract will extend for a longer period.

This room isnt your average room let living with lots of other people in the same position. I’ve put in your own fridge, freezer in the kitchen with suitable cupboard space all to yourself along with a safe home.

The property comprises a spacious garden, off street parking, living/dining area, kitchen with ample storage and a fridge/freezer for your own personal use.

I run my own business so I work from home majority of the time now. Ideally I’m looking for a tenant(s) that works full time/ hybrid worker. Due to be working from home and not being on top of the person.

My girlfriend also works from home two days a week.

I’m looking for a tenant who is very clean, polite and friendly. I do travel occasionally so would like someone who is trustworthy. Preferably a non-smoker too.

My previous tenant was with me for 8 months and she’s been amazing but she’s moved on into her own home with her partner.
