Room 1 - £850 p/month for a Very Large Double room with en-suite to let in Grays within 21st century build, gated development. Available for easy-going, considerate professionals. Couples are welcome for this room, at a rate of £850 per month (currently taken).

Room 2 - £650 p/month for a Double room to let in Grays within 21st century build gated development. Available for easy-going, considerate professionals (currently available).

Room 3 - £650 p/month for a Double room to let in Grays within 21st century build gated development. Available for easy-going, considerate professionals (currently taken).

All rooms will be furnished with a double ottoman bed with storage underneath, a chest of drawers or a suitable wardrobe. Some bills included (broadband, water, and council tax). Electricity is to be split between occupants.

Short 8-minute walking distance to Grays C2C train station (35mins into London Fenchurch Street with direct links to Circle, District, Hammersmith & City and Central lines), and local buses. Perfect for commuters. Also with trains going to Southend.

A13 and M25 motorway approx. 5min drive away, Dartford Crossing, A2, A127, A12 within 10min drive.

Nearby amenities, libraries, shops, restaurants, Aldi, Iceland Farmfoods and Morrisons supermarkets are short walking distances. Tesco Extra and Asda 10min drive away in the nearby West Thurrock/Lakeside and Tilbury areas.
