The bedroom is fully furnished and in excellent decorative condition.
The flat has an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.
Please note, this is not a flat share but a rented room with shared facilities.
Off-road parking is available if required.
Use of the living room and kitchen will be minimal and only when necessary.
House rules:
No shouting or loud noise
No visitors allowed (no guests or overnight stays)
Shared kitchen for personal use only
Washing machine to be used only for personal clothing
