Short term let - 3 MONTHS

A (mostly) self contained, furnished accommodation is available to rent for up to 3 MONTHS for ONE person.

The room is located in a garden outbuilding so you get complete privacy

The main house is a 4 bedroom family home located within 5-10mins walking distance of Grays train station (30 mins into London). 5 minutes to the town centre which has a gym, shopping centre, and a host of other amenities as well as a large park a stones throw away. Parking is also available outside the property.

Bedroom comes fully furnished with a TV, mini fridge freezer, kitchenette, as-well as unlimited WiFi and all bills included. There is NO main KITCHEN access.
