Room is furnished with a bed, drawer and a wardrobe in a fully furnished property with great connections nearby:

Ideal for a clean, quiet, tidy, trustworthy professionals, NOT a party house. If you appreciate a quiet house, this is yours. Of course once in a while you can have a barbecue in the garden or celebrate important days. But I usually prefer chilled people

Before you see the house you will need to answer a Questionnaire and then we will have a video call.

The rent will come with signed contract by both parties which will be handled for reading, when viewing is booked.

IMPORTANT: some needs can be discussed, also in regards of pets, I can accept anything quiet living in a cage.
