I have a double room to let from the 1st of July 2026 and must be a none smoker and must be clean and respectful to others. Its peaceful and we all work and 95% of the times our place is quite which makes it ideal if you work home or someone who who enjoys a quite and peaceful environment.
Please above all you have to a be a clean person who cleans after using and anything and doesn't wait to be asked to clean. So if you find it hars to clean stay away. A clean environment is a must for me since your sharing the house with me.
