Double Room to Rent- Modern flat by the river

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat with me and my two little kitty girls. 🐱 One is super friendly from day one, and the other is a little shy but warms up once she gets to know you.

The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Grays Station and right by the river. It has a bright open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, plus a Juliet balcony overlooking the area.

You’ll have:

* A spacious double bedroom.
* Your own private bathroom (not en-suite, but mainly for your use). I have my own en-suite, though I occasionally use the bath in the main bathroom.
* Access to secure bike storage.
* Loft storage for luggage, seasonal clothes, or other bits and pieces.

The kitchen has everything you need, including my Ninja coffee machine, which you’re welcome to use if you’re happy to chip in for the coffee!

A little about me: I’ve been living on my own for the past year and have really enjoyed it, but I’m starting to miss having some company around. I’m sociable and enjoy a chat, but I also value my own space and will always respect yours too.
