The house is in the town centre is suitable for working people or students, two rooms available, suitable for one person per room or a couple for both rooms all bills included. shared dining/living room one bathroom two WC in the house. recently painted. cleaning is shared. no smokers preferred.
The existing tenants are from Poland.
The rooms are appx 10sqm furnished.
No deposit but rent paid in advance monthly to the account, all bills included ( we are paying bills, The council Tax is Band B however it is included as part of rent.)
The rent is based on one person living in the room, if a couple wish to live at the house some adjustment can be made or they can take both rooms use one as bedroom the other as private living room.
