Large bright double room in Gt Baddow

Bright and spacious double bedsitting room available in a shared flat in Great Baddow, Chelmsford. The flat is approximately a 40-minute walk to Chelmsford station or a short bus ride away. There is a small communal garden but no balcony.

The room is approximately 16 x 12 feet, very clean, and quiet. You will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, and I ask that you leave both rooms as you find them—beautifully clean and tidy.

Currently, the room has a few pieces of mismatched furniture, but I’m happy to discuss if you’d like to bring some of your own or need me to provide more.

The premises is not ideally suited for working from home, as I work part-time and may come and go at various times. I don’t want to worry about disturbing you.

I’m a very young 59 year-old who is active, loves keeping fit, swimming, paddleboarding, animals (especially dogs—I don’t have one), and family time. I don’t take life too seriously and am very down to earth. I’m also an early riser, often making coffee 5 a. m., but then off out to gym giving you space to yourself in the mornings. so if you’re a light sleeper, please take this into consideration.

I rarely have visitors, preferring to meet friends and family out, so the flat is usually calm and quiet. I plan to travel more in the future and would love to have someone at home whom I can trust while I’m away.

I am a vegetarian. I don’t mind occasional meat cooking, but if you’re a frequent steak eater, this might not be the right fit.

LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as all nationalities and genders, are welcome. The most important thing is that we get along and can maintain a clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable environment.

The room is available now but finding the right person who values cleanliness and compatibility is more important than timing.
