Cottage Share

Hello,

I am seeking a single non-smoking lodger to share the cottage.

As a working professional you will also be a clean, tidy person who values a private peaceful home life. Your double bedroom has a shared bathroom (although no one else currently uses it). There is also a kitchen, sitting room and conservatory dining room as well as a washing machine, dryer, garden and private secure parking for your car. The rent includes all bills, fast broadband, electricity, heating, water and council tax. You will need to bring your own linen and towels. I eat mostly plant based and there is also 1 small dogs that lives here and 1 that sometimes stays over.

The cottage is rural you will need a car as there is no public transport. Witham train station is 10 minutes away as is the McColls convenience shop / post office in Wickham Bishops. There are great pubs and places to eat in the nearby villages of Kelvedon, Coggeshall and Tiptree, and a good pub, The Green Man 1 mile up the road.

Minimum stay is 1 month, you can then roll on month by month as you wish. I expect the share to last 3 months, possibly longer. The room is ready now and you are welcome to view.

A good house share for me will be a kind, well travelled, liberal minded person.
