Hi, i have a beautiful, double furnished room to rent in a three bedroom detached home. I am a live in single landlord looking for a single female professional tenant to rent long-term, who is also quiet and respectful, must be hygenic, clean and tidy (no exceptions). My home consists of a living room, a kitchen, a big front and back garden, parking space opposite the house and on a cul-de-sac. Bills are not included to prevent high bill costs, however, a contribution of 30% towards water gas and electric will be on top of the rent.
