Double room to rent in a spacious detached house in Great Horkesley, on the northern edge of Colchester. Would suit students or young professionals studying or working in Colchester or commuting to London.
Room is south facing with big window, double bed. Desk, shelf, wardrobe can be provided if required.
We'd like vegetarians, preferably vegans as I am Vegan and don't want meat cooked/prepared in the house. Definitely no smokers. We have a very affectionate cat so you'll need to like cats.
There is plenty of driveway parking space. If you have an electric car you'll be able to charge it.
We have a large garden with outdoor furniture.
