Currently I am living here with a friend who is staying short term before moving to Australia in August but the room is available before that. The house it within a cul-de-sac and the road is permit parking only. It is about £38 a year.

Garden: There is a garden but it has been left unattended by previous tenant and I have yet dedicated time to sort it out. Intended future project.
